She was an amazing instructor, so cheerful and positive, always encouraging as she gently corrected and taught each pose and phrase. Each class was unique, and she always gave options for decreasing, or increasing the level of intensity. I have had some trouble with hip pain, which I shared with her. Within the first 2 weeks, that pain was completely gone, which I believe was entirely because of her excellent instruction and attention.
